Let me share a few facts about myself. My name is Jazmin Hernandez and I am beginning my 19th year in North Bergen. I taught Second grade for 13 years and for the last 6 years Title I. I am thrilled to be your child's Title I Interventionist this year. If there is ever a question about your child's progress please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
