Welcome! My name is Johanna Ponton, I am looking forward to an exciting school year at Polk Street School. I am a strong believer that ESL/Bilingual teachers play an important role in bridging the language and cultural gap for English language learners. As a former ESL student, I understand the challenges and frustration ESL/Bilingual students and their families go through. My main goal is to provide the best learning environment for my students.
