Welcome Teachers, Parents, and Students to the 2021-2022 academic school year.  I am so excited to welcome everyone back in person.  I am currently on my 15th year in the North Bergen School District.  Prior to becoming a Literacy Coach, I worked as an elementary classroom teacher for eleven years in grades 1st and 3rd.  I look forward to supporting everyone with the various ELA programs and the curriculum.

 

A literacy coach is a literacy leader who works collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and department staff to improve student achievement in literacy. The literacy coach provides school-based support for teachers as they implement effective literacy instructional practices.
